RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We are happy to provide exchanges or store credit under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Exchange or Store Credit

  • Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in original condition, with all tags attached and original packaging included.

  • We do not accept exchanges or store credit for:

    • Final Sale items

    • Gift cards

    • Custom or personalized items

How to Request an Exchange or Store Credit

  1. Please email us at holly@dimmidimmi.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to exchange.

  2. Once approved, we will send exchange instructions.

  3. Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will:

    • Process an exchange (subject to product availability), or

    • Issue you store credit via an e-gift card for future purchases.

Please note:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was damaged or incorrect at delivery.

We will cover the costs associated with shipping the replacement item.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please email us (holly@dimmdimmi.com) within 24 hours of delivery.
We will cover the cost of return shipping and offer a replacement item or store credit.

Important Notes

  • While our policy states that no refunds will be issued to the original payment method, we are reasonable and happy to review your request for a refund on a case-by-case basis!

  • Store credit issued will never expire and can be used toward any future purchase at [your website URL].

  • Items returned that do not meet our eligibility requirements may be returned to the customer at their expense.
